1:00 PM: Trails Open (trails require a 2024 numbered decal & proper wrist bands)
5:00 PM: Trails Close
6:00 PM-10:00 PM: Show & Shine (at the track); DJ & Vendors
8:00 PM: 1st & 2nd Place Awards for Show and Shine
9:00 PM: Entrance Gate Closes (overnight vehicles must have proper decal)
Saturday, November 9, 2024:
6:00 AM: Gates Open for Vendors
8:00 AM: Gates Open for Off-Road Vehicles and Participants
9:00 AM: Opening Ceremonies, Trails & Obstacle Course Open
(trails require a 2024 numbered decal & proper wrist bands)
9:00 AM: ShandsCair and Trauma 1 Helicopters Arrive
9:30 AM: Vendors Open
11:00 AM: K-9 Demonstration Presented by Clay County Sheriff
12:00 PM: Moment of Silence, Survivor Recognition; Officer Recognition;
Donor Recognition
12:30 PM: Line-up for Survivor Ride
